Post opening the session at $58.83, the shares hit an intraday low of $58.11 and an intraday high of $59.14 and the price vacillated in this range throughout the day. The company has a market cap of $23.43 billion and the numbers of outstanding shares have been calculated to be 417.02 million shares.

VF Corp (VFC) on May 18, 2016 announced that it ranked No. 20 on this year’s InformationWeek Elite 100 list, which recognizes the top business technology innovators in the U.S.
